Elyssa is currently an endocrinology fellow at UCLA with a strong clinical interest in diabetes, metabolic health, and obesity medicine. Originally from Weslaco, Texas, she completed her medical training at Texas A&M College of Medicine and residency at UCLA. Elyssa’s professional goals include contributing to innovative, patient-centered approaches in hormone and metabolic health—particularly at the intersection of endocrinology, obesity medicine, and longevity science. A fun fact about her is that she grew up on a farm and used to raise goats!
