
Erin Shaw, BS
Erin was born and raised in Walpole, Massachusetts and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public and Community Health from Ithaca College with double minors in Legal Studies and Health Policy & Management. Prior to working as a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Everett Lab, she worked as a Research Project Manager at Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency where she conducted research for state & local clients as well as the FDA and CDC on a multitude of health initiatives for diverse populations.
Erin is passionate about advancing health equity and improving access to care through community-based research. She thrives in qualitative research environments and values a human-centered approach, especially the opportunity to connect meaningfully with study participants to better understand their experiences and perspectives. Her long-term goal is to continue advocating for health equity through impactful, community-informed research. Outside of work, Erin enjoys hiking, camping, and rock climbing, and spends time baking and trying new recipes.
